Orders are shipped every Thursday of the week and can take 2-4 days to arrive depending on your location.
We do not offer returns on products that have been used. If your order is damaged, please send us a photo and your order number to hello@witchinthewoodsbotanicals.com and we can refund or replace your order.
All of our ingredients are sourced from local or regional organic farms as well as wildcrafted from our local Humboldt County landscape.
We thank and acknowledge the Yurok, Hupa, Karuk and Wiot peoples whose land we currently inhabit.
We include a Best Buy date on all of our products to ensure freshness and potency, however if that date has passed and you haven't used up all of your Witch in the Woods product it is likely still good.
While we recommend using your products within a year, storing them in a cool, dry and dark place can ensure freshness well past the date listed on the container.
