What's your policy on returns and exchanges?

We're happy to accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase. A return label will be emailed to you. Shipping cannot be refunded.

Orders are processed within a week depending on product availability. 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at witchinthewoodsbotanicals@gmail.com. You will be asked to take pictures and a product replacement will be shipped.
